The Chalet of San Marco is a 90 unit community located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Built in the early 1980's the Chalet provides residents a secure and comfortable environment with 24 hour on-site security.

Recent renovations include new carports, entrance, lobby, security office and social rooms.

The Chalet also offers pool, spa, tennis, fitness center and direct access to the beach.
