Rob holds a Bachelor's of Business Finance (Cum Laude) from the University of Wisconsin as well as a Master's of Education Psychology from the University of Arizona. After starting and selling Cashin Asphalt, Rob relocated to Marco Island, Florida in 2003 where he quickly succeeded in his new venture as a licensed Real Estate agent earning the distinction of Chairman's Gold Circle (top 3% of agents nationwide) in his first year. Rob is an active board member of the Marco Island YMCA.
Stan and Donna Niemczyk, Realtor, ABR, GRI
After 10 years of vacationing to Marco Island Stan, Donna, and their three children decided to relocate from Toms River, NJ, after a year of heavy snow and frigid weather. Stan moved October, 2000 and Donna and the children followed in June, 2001, after the school year ended.
Stan obtained his real estate license immediately upon arriving in Marco Island, Florida. He then became involved in the community. Some of his accomplishments include:
- Sunrise Rotary where he was President for the 2008-2009 fiscal year
- Eucharistic Minister for San Marco Catholic Church
- Leadership Marco in 2006
- YMCA Board of Directors.
- Stan holds real estate designations: GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative
- Stan is an avid skeet shooter and enjoys boating and fishing.
Donna obtained her real estate license in 2005. She, too, became involved in the Marco Island community and enjoys being with her family, traveling, and volunteering. Some of her accomplishments include:
- Kiwanis Club of Marco Island where she served as Treasurer during fiscal years 2006-2007 and President - Elect 2007-2009.
