Rob holds a Bachelor's of Business Finance (Cum Laude) from the University of Wisconsin as well as an E.D.S & M.A. in School Psychology from the University of Arizona. After starting and selling Cashin Asphalt, Rob relocated to Marco Island, FL in 2003 where he quickly succeeded in his new venture as a licensed Real Estate agent earning the distinction of Chairman's Gold Circle (top 3% of agents nationwide) in his first year. This past year (2009), Rob was a part of the #1 Sales Team at Keller Williams Realty for Marco Island and Naples.

Former Owner/Partner Doug Walcher Farms, premier grower and packer of fresh market vegetables. Marsha specialized in Sales & Management. Former Owner/Partner, in Ohio's Largest Peach Orchard.
